Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various machines for production runs, ensuring optimal performance and quality.
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand specifications and requirements for production.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain production efficiency.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in machine operation, particularly in setup for production runs.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Availability to work weekend shifts.
