Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery for production runs, ensuring optimal performance and quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand specifications and requirements for various projects.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain production flow.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure safety and efficiency in the production process.
• Document production data and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in machine setups for production runs.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with various types of machinery and their operations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift hours.
