Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding tasks on various materials according to project specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate welds.
• Utilize Flux-Cored Arc Welding techniques as needed for specific projects.
• Inspect completed welds for quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving welding-related issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a MIG Welder, with a strong understanding of welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with Flux-Cored Arc Welding is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work 2nd Shift hours and adapt to changing project needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.

Salary info:
